I called a local Mower shop and was advised to try cleaning the carburetor out and that mowers that are left sitting up not being used regularly can develop issues, especially if gas with ethanol is used or it's not properly stored for the winter

I love not having to worry about the poor fuel quality these days as I can rely on SeaFoam to keep that ethanol from breaking down in my tank
