This is a great case and it worked out really well for a gift, replacing an old Geimenhart case that was being closed with a huge rubber band on one side where the old clasp had broken about 15 years ago.
The hard shell case is a must, compared to the foam gig bags.
The case is strong and nice, but the handle is very weak and has very thin parts that broke within 2 months of use.
