Like the price but magenta cartridge stopped working after only a few pages

I printed two pictures using HP and these cartridges (signed them before printing to compare the quality) and both pictures are colorful and have excellent quality

When you first install the Smart Ink cartridges you get a message that they are not HP cartridges but after this the printer works great and it does not say they are non HP.

My son had a school project due, so the ink was tested almost immediately with colored pictures and a ton of pages of writing to print, and it went smoothly, did not smear, and was every bit as good as the HP stuff.
