You just snap off the rails to the correct length, pound/push the pieces together, and you're done

Had a large desk drawer I wanted to set up, and I was able to snap this to just the right length and get a good snug fit into the drawer.

Assembled as directed and the plastic connecting points ARE NOT strong enough to hold the weight of a full set of heavy folders

The black plastic joints weren't strong enough to hold the files and the front and back legs bent inwards

The Plastic connecting pieces are not strong enough if you wanted to fill your frame with years of paper work.

Soft plastic, wobbly design, easily bent metal.

And while the whole thing is adjustable, the width should be standard for any hanging folder, but this thing allows you to set it wrong

Cannot assemble , you need a saw to cut metal to put this together , missing parts , poor quality waste of money

The plastic connectors are too weak and twist out of shape, rendering the entire product useless.

The rubber pieces break the minute you start putting it together.

The breakaway end of the lengthwise metal strip you have to cut away isn't even like the other end, so doesn't want to insert into the plastic corner piece as smoothly; the plastic pieces also break easily, which doesn't help when trying to get the rough edge of the metal strip to slide in.
