It read the midi files all right, but when I tried to add the audio tracks from the zoom, it automatically adjusted the tempo of the audio tracks, which, since it was already at the right tempo, caused it to be off.

I had full acid pro 6 I think, and lost the installation discs in a flood, so I got the trial for this to mess around again
