the picture quality is second to none and the sound is clear

Overall, the TV does have a very nice picture but not the best sound.

The sound is great and thats in a big living room with high ceilings.

That said the Sony picture quality and Motion is better than the Samsung, the only plus to buy the $3,000 Samsung is the excellent screen to reflex light from all angles

So I get on with AMAZON Service, who promised me a replacement by that weekend, a return pick up and that they would even pack up the broken item.

(so I feel certain enough info is already being gathered about us), this is a fine TV, has spots for 4 HDMI attachments and in general is a solid replacement for the decade old Sony Bravia (which per my husband cost us $2,000+ when newly purchased for comparison) whose picture had finally failed

Crazy good TV

I've tried every button on the remote and cannot get past this step, and thus the TV is currently worthless.

However smart TV functions leave a lot to be desired
