It doesn't feel cheap, its a 2 piece case and the buttons feel great
The buttons on the side of the case are clear, They're part of the softer inner case, and the outer band has openings that fit around them
As I mentioned earlier, I tested them quite a bit for my review, and found them to work as well as the metallized buttons

The clear rubber case is great and it did protect my phone very well, but the design is flawed in that it requires the use of the our slip on frame which is flimsy and easily broken.
That being said, the case looks nice and I have no doubt it will protect my phone like that last one I had

Unfortunately the stand broke within the first month and the rigid frame and fell off within 3 months.
