Almost like a chemical burn of some sort

Its fast and quick responding, and very easy to clean, which is why I am giving this 2 stars.

This works great, heats up within 5 minutes and the quesadilla is ready in another 3.5 minutes.

so I've had a few and this is the poorest quality quesadilla maker I've owned to date.

It does not close the quesadilla well and that ends up a big cheesy mess!

Bought the wrong size tortillas so I have to continue to use my old partly broken one til I can get smaller tortillas

It’s heats the ingredients but the tortillas are left soft no matter how long you cook them

The tortillas don’t crisp

Did not crisp tortilla and leeked stuffing out the sides, what a mess
