I really like this piece of equipment and I have used it for years

I've played out a few hundred times, beat the hell out of it, had bar patrons spill beer on it, and it still works fine - 5 years playing in bands every weekend with no issues - the original usb cable even still works

but I wanted to write a good review cause really nothing works this well for this long anymore

Also don't buy if you don't have a computer running on vista or XP as these are the most recent supported before product was discontinued

This is the kind of stuff that ruin companies brands and cuts off customer loyalty, two things today that you need to make an extra effort to look after.

The inputs are quiet for recording, but are noticeably noisy when direct monitoring (don't try to use the audio inputs live on the job).All in all these are great units for people running windows 7 or windows XP, and considering how cheap they are these days there is no reason you shouldn't consider using one

Latency is a non-issue if you have a decent computer and play with the settings (I use mine as a live interface for playing hammond organ on stage with rock bands - it's plenty quick!)Built like a tank and never let me down once
