After finding the perfect colored pencils, these were purchased, so that her hands would not cramp.
The colors are bright and vibrant/fully saturated the design is ergonomic and so comfy
I liked these because of the bright colors and fun glitter (as did he when we picked them out together) however, once we received them he hated the feel of them in his hand - like trying to hold a pencil with a wad of gum stuck around it
He likes the bright colors and soft grip, and we had little trouble convincing him to use them.
I can use my iPencil charger/stand with these & I got 6 all in cool metallic colors & cheaper than the price of 1 of the other options!!

My daughter's school gave her one of these to help with her fine motor skills
Will certainly help the kiddos start off to build there fine motor skills
We have struggled to have him hold a pencil correctly for a long time, we have done fine/gross motor skill exercises, and he still cannot hold a pencil the "correct" way
I recommend to anyone who has fine motor skills issues.
I bought for my 6 year old who is having trouble with fine motor skills

These are great for teaching children the correct way to hold a pencil
You may need to squint at these little things to see an L and an R for handedness, and I think I put mine on my pencil the wrong way around the first time besides
It's a little big and will take some getting used to - but not in a bad way
It actually forces you to hold the pencil the right way
Great product, we have been using the pencil grip to teach my kids to hold the pencil the correct way.

They help the hand hold the pencil in proper writing position.
It forces her to keep her fingers in the right position.
I've been using these grips after The Pencil Grip Crossover Grip Ergonomic Writing Aid, Metallic Colors, 6 Count Polybag (TPG-17706) which hold the fingers in place for children who had the habit of an incorrect pencil position.
We liked the twist n' write penagain children's pencils - they are helping my daughter to correct her pencil grasp.
I have seen an orthopedic doctor for the wrist and his diagnosis is overuse of having my hand in an unnatural position.

The only other option was a $9 triangular type deal that didn’t look like it would be very helpful for my grip issue
I like the visual "R" or "L" markings that help me feel I am holding the grip in the right way
They work great, helpful for my daughter who has grip issues and I tried them and love them too!
We have a child with grip issues and learning to write was frustrating for him.
but I wish they looked like the picture because you could see the R or the L for what hand you write with they are almost clear and you can barely see my son is a Lefty and it took me like 5 minutes to figure out how he needs to hold the

The shape is a bit odd, but the instructions explain which surface your thumb is supposed to rest against
Expect some resistance at first since it will feel strange to them and they may complain that their hand hurts a bit until the muscles in the fingers get used to the new positioning.
A bit difficult to get on, but that makes it hard for the little ones to get them off!!
