I previously received this item as a gift and I loved it so much I purchased this recent one for a gift for someone as well!
abused this great item with tons of charges but ultimately before a years time it died on me completely and wont hold a charge
Not sure if this even works since I got the wrong order with a missing item
She uses it for her phone when shes playing video games but, she will also be using it for her portable mod box when she gets a new one <3 I definitely recommend this item to anyone who needs that extra battery in your pocket.

I've been wanting a pocket charger for awhile and after seeing this one, it was definitely the right one and was a great price.
My phone unusually warm during the process, but that concern was a small price for the lightning fast charging.
Definitely happy with this product at an affordable price.

I have had really bad portable chargers and this one seems good quality
The form, size, speed of charging, and a solid build quality along with a customer support team that ACTUALLY supports customers!!Cons
The device took 5x longer to charge than it claimed and could not fully recharged simple devices like an iPhone 7, iPhone 6s,Samsung Galaxy 7, and could barely charged to full a Samsung Note 5.#3 in the test worked until it hit half capacity and then popped and no longer would take a charge while the other 4 showed accelerated degradation meaning bad quality parts or recycled battery cells
Great little small and portable power bank very pleased seems to be very good quality
I'm a bit surprised this item was not working as I am a dedicated Jackery buyer
