I have not dropped any of them have not gotten water damage don't really use it as a primary phone.. because I have a home phone.. just use it for texting and when someone needs to get a ahold of me when I'm not at home.. don't get it.. why can't trac phone have a decent phone for a decent price.. that will last for a little while before going to crap

I bought this cell phone for my teenager daughter, because the price is good, the Samsung brand is a good quality, also, because this cellphone doesn't look cheap

Absolutely wonderful deal on the minutes to boot, and it seems to have started me off with triple talk/texts/data, and even 6 months before the "plan" expires instead of the normal 3 months!

Better deal than Tracfone website because it includes the airtime, which I did get automatically without having to take any extra steps

It's so cheap to add that it's a shame Samsung cut costs on that, while their "smart notification" feature fails to work half of the times and doesn't support anything but calls and messages

As far as I can tell, there are precious few "nice" features to this phone.

There was no need in Android 6 for this device since pretty much all new cool features of Android 6 are not supported by this basic device or blocked by Samsung on purpose, it could run on Lollipop with no difference.- Lots of non-removable bloatware for a phone with already very small

I upgraded to a TracFone Smart Phone but discovered it wouldn't work on the only tower available in my small rural town

You can find it for $65-80, in this price range it's hard to expect much as long as phone works and doesn't have many glitches

It is still fast and usable for me and the screen has very vibrant colors with great brightness control.

This saves power but also eliminates the distraction for me of a beautiful color screen with all kinds of things to do when I should be focused on something else, but I can still make calls and text--so it's basically just a simple phone so people can still reach me and I can keep it on for emergencies yet not use a lot of power

It does get service " very poor service", send texts and we could play Pokémon together

About 1/2 way through the trip, I lost service with bad SIM card notices!

I am still waiting for the catch....this is a really great phone and the service seem very good for the moment!
