This exercise ball is overall a good buy; however, I will say that inflating the ball at first takes a considerable amount of time using the rather small pump that is provided

I purchased training gloves last year that came with the wrong size, they were great and sent me a new one with the right size for no extra charge or requested returning the ones I received

We both wanted an alternative to a typical desk chair since we're spending so much time working from home these days

I had planned to leave the exercise ball inside the model, but it started to lose air the second day of construction, and that made the whole concoction start to collapse.

I suffer from lbp and one day I just sat on it most of the day and not only did my back not hurt at the end of the day,

I got this ball to relieve back/leg pain from sitting in a chair all day for working from home

As I can easily shift and bounce during the day to release any cramping from being on the computer all day.

No idea if the ball is good or not, the pump is useless.

We have had the ball for about 4 months and it keeps losing air.

there has got to be a better way to pump up the ball, it takes at least 30 minutes to get enough air in the ball, other than that, it is great and very strong

and it has not lost air nor given me the impression that it's going to burst.

Trideer wasted no time replying and within a week I had the missing pieces

It was my favorite piece of equipment at the Livestrong program at the YMCA

The plastic pieces to close the ball up after inflating were missing

You are provided a cheap plastic pump (for hand or foot), and the hoses that attach the pump to the ball's valve are incredibly cheap pieces of plastic that refuse stay together during the process
