Works exactly as advertised although it is a little larger than the original charging cable that comes with the iPhone watch

The charger seemed to work fine for about 4-5 months or so however now when I attach my Apple Watch Series 2, the charging symbol is displayed but the watch doesn't gain any charge

I bought this as a (slightly) less expensive backup cable for charging on the go
8.3mm/0.33inchThe cable seems to work fine as a charger, it's just important to know that it won't fit into some stands if that is your purpose for buying it.
