the 8mm ID was good using it with shoulder bolt for idlers, ordered it again the ID was undersized i couldn't use it with the same shoulder bolts.

To small to return; absolutely useless for actually centering and supporting a 4mm item.

I can find no play in them at all, and yet they are tight with minimal rolling resistance.

so I'm not too worried about their wear resistance.

Arrived coated in a sticky oil that not even scrubbing and soaking in dawn was able to completely remove.

I agree with the other reviews, these bearing measurements are incorrect.
