Great build quality, but rotation on mounting head is annoying
Great build quality and very easy to assemble and set up.
While these aren't fancy, they work very well, and the build quality is great.
I thought maybe the quality would be questionable at this price range, especially comparing it to similar products as I was deciding on my purchase
Pros:•great quality•works flawlessly•affordable•easy to setupCons:•instructions suck (but it doesn’t take a genius to do it)•as shown in one of the pictures, paint had some lines in it

Based on some customer images it looks like the design has changed slightly and not for the better.
Good construction, design, robust... nothing bad to say about it.
The benefit of this crude but effective design, I'm able to dial in my monitor's tilt adjustment the way I like it before screwing down the hex bolt preventing it from tilting up and down while swiveling the monitor around my desk
I just installed it two days ago, and it has not failed me yet, and the robust design makes me believe that it will be able to withstand the weight of this monitor for some time
I have a pneumatic spring model on another monitor, and this simpler design is far less troublesome.

The directions recommend that you mount the monitor after you have the arm all hooked up and ready to go which is what I did
Ideally I wanted to be able to fully collapse the arms and have the monitor right next to the post.
The horizontal arm is inflexible: the minimum distance from the vertical pole mount (eg, the back of the desk) to the back of the monitor is about 12 inches -- causing the monitor to be too close to the user in many cases where the desk is narrow front-to-back -- my desk is 23 inches deep.
This heavy arm is quite rigid and able to hold the monitor with ease
For those that will be changing the monitor tilt or height often, consider a more expensive monitor arm.

Just make sure your TV has the 100 x 100 Vesa mount and should work fine if its under the weight limit
My guess is that weight limit was intended to be distributed evenly across the length of the pole between multiple monitors rather than all concentrated at the very top, since although it held it in place without sagging, the actual pole itself looked like it was giving a little bit, so I ended up giving it a little extra support by sitting it on top of a second shorter VESA mounting pole, which worked out perfectly
I purchased this extra tall stand in order to mount a 43" smart TV to my desk, which clocked in just below this stand's maximum weight limit at 18 pounds
Works great for a lighter monitor/display but do not purchase if you're closer to the upper weight limit
However, the ad also lists a weight limit of 22 lbs, so I'm under that limit by a healthy margin

After spending a couple of unsuccessful hours putting this together and trying to find a place to put it on my desk when my initial plan did not work out, I decided to return this product because it does not fit my desk well
the grommet mount screw would not screw in , I wasted an hour on this.
Used with a 27" monitor, this was a great way for me to raise the height of my monitor to reduce neck cramps while working long hours on large spreadsheets.
