It has a nice clean peppermint smell and does not burn like many of the other products out there; the gentle warming of the gel slowly relaxes the muscle and takes the pain away and doesn't just cover it up.

Works better than Icy Hot (smells like Icy Hot too).

It has a strong smell but it is not bad.

I would definitely recommend using a little bit on a sore knee or something first before you have someone rub a bunch of it into your back just to make sure you are good with how strong it is.

It doesn't mean the product is bad, only means my knee is too bad for it; it can't do miracles.
