I thought I would hate having to cover up the iPhone itself in order to protect it, but I find this case to be nothing short of complimentary to the well-designed piece of engineering inside
On the inside of the cover, one finds a lovely soft suede which is pleasant to hold and protects the screen with a well-designed pocket for a bank card, ID, or a couple business cards (no more than three, lest you distend the suede)

Firstly, the quality of the leather is superb and feels awesome
I bought two cases (red and brown) the red case is better but the quality of the brown case is not good since the plastic piece that is located in edge the front cover is sticking out which bothers me
Though when using the flash with the camera, the case can cause a strange smoky quality to the picture.

The other thing that is nice with this wallet is when I lay my phone on my desk or a table this looks professional and also covers the phone face so it is not a distraction.
I dropped my phone on a ceramic tile floor from about 4 feet high the other night (knocked it off of the bar) and even after a few bounces the phone stayed inside the case and neither phone or case suffered any apparent damage
It is handsome, light and the phone is easily accessable
I've dropped it a few times and it has protected my phone
