It was in good condition, but I paid for a brand new controller and received a refurbished one
The controller is in great condition and works perfectly.
The controller I received might as well have been new it was in such great condition.
When it arrived it was a decent condition 1st generation controller, not the one advertised

Great product for training your dog holds charge really well
Product works just as good as new for half the price would definitely recommend
Great product quality for it being refurbished can't say I've had a single problem with it.
The left thumb toggle action started malfunctioning almost immediately after I received the thing, and the product's overall performance continued to degrade after that
