Really cool product and works great also nice that it has a rechargeable battery.
The tripod is solid, and the blue tooth clicker works great for video or photos.
Also the detatchble blue tooth remote works well (after charging fully) even at distances >25 feet for group shots, and with the tripod, helps get stable long-exposure night shots.
Good selfie stick, wish the tripod feature worked a little better not very steady and tips if you extend to full hight
Now that the new one works perfectly, I'm writing to commend the company for excellent service and for making a fine product
