The only issue we had was that the camera that came with it died soon after starting to use it, but ZuLogic customer service refunded the value of the camera right away via PayPal and we were able to get a nice high res webcam which works very well with the software
The company even has outstanding customer support: the webcam that came in the box recorded sound, but had no video signal.
