As write is slower than read, the limitation here is probably the mechanical hard drives on the NAS

It would be interesting to see if the performance improves with an SSD instead of the mechanical hard drives in the NAS

I little hard to unwind, & the connectors are a little soft & not rigid; so they need to be pushed in hard to work.
