The memory tested out perfect (as expected) and my computer is running much faster

Hard Disk Had no problems at all after running "Disk Utility", Ram sockets were tested via software and were found perfect

All four tests reported no errors

After reading so many bad reviews of other vendor 2x8Gb packages I ran several memory tests to make sure mine were working fine (test run on each SoDIMM individually and as a pair).

Ran hard memory tests, and the memory had no errors

Two months later it got even slower and one of the modules failed the "Memory Integrity Test".It may be that the module is a cheap china make and could be one of the items sold from the sellers

also with one memory card the Apple Hardware Test freezes, and with this one it doesn't, so its at last solved, the only problem is that it took me so much time to figure out the problem that I can not return the bad memory and will have to buy another one since I need the upgrade

Altogether between the new and old memory modules I have five good and five that failed the memory test

Now with the original 4 GB of RAM back in, all of the programs are loaded, tested and runnable on the computer and not a single crash yet

Installation was a breeze (thanks Apple!), and both initial testing and long-term usage have shown no issues with the product at all.

After rebooting Windows told me there could be a problem with memory and recommended its test which I did immediately

But I used Dell's pc doctor memory testing and they failed multiple tests

I used for testing included some very comprehensive hardware tests, including those for memory.

Didn't work for my *EARLY* 2011 MacBook Pro 15" 2.3GHz Built-To-Order machine (MacBookPro 8,2).In my machine, this memory appeared to work, but failed the free "Rember" memory test and caused the "Apple Hardware Test" to hang during the memory testing portion.

Ram came defective, was unstable in OSX and failed all memory tests I ran
