so can shower and swim (did the same with Fitbit even though they told me it wasn't waterproof)-Read out shows date, time, steps taken or steps needed for goal, estimate calories burned-Can split readout to show time and one of the other

I realize the tracker does not track my weight lifting, but I figured if my HR monitor is working and it calculates my calories burned, it should also recognize that I am doing "intensity minutes"

I was surprised to see that a same activity with the HRM will calculate over 50% more calories burnt than without it

i wouldn't waste my money on it poor tracking of steps on your wrist while walking on a treadmill it won't count and using belt clip still not as accurate as
