I’ve only had problems using the digital code once (there was a long delay of receiving my code) but after that I had no problem getting the gift card

No problem what so ever, took the code, went to PlayStation store forum on the system, scroll down on the left hand side to the bottom where it says redeem code, put in code, the money should be in your PlayStation account therefore you no longer need the code itself

I understand that Amazon only sells the cards, but if you get a bad code you have to contact Play Station because Amazon is hands off.
