The screen looks amazing and the motor works wonderfully (no delay in moving the screen up or down whether you are using the control box or the remote).I was initially very nervous about buying this product because the product specifications are a little sparse

The motorized operation prevents someone from trying to retract the screen and accidentally letting go of the screen and breaking it.
