Sound is better than I expected, setup is easy

After a month or so it started to get a loud ringing sound

The sound is good (make sure volume is set high on the receiver so you don't over-amplify on the speaker side--which will cause buzzing), the packaging was really quite nice, they include a male/male cable in case you have some issue fitting the receiver...

The sound is great with no issues with hearing the other caller or the caller hearing my voice.

There is serious distortion at lower frequencies and sounds terrible with headphones.
