My text messages don't work half the time in high service areas

After being hung up on by support another time and being told the same thing yet again - that my issue has been escalated and I should wait another 24 hours for a callback that would never occur - I have decided to request a refund

It arrived at a decent time, but the service can be extremely shotty, pretty

I can continue paying every 3 months $60 or change plan to the one $15 a month (you have to pay minimum or 3 months to get those prices but the plan of $15 is 2 GB data).I have to say that I have 4GLte service where AT&T fail

I really, really miss visual voicemail as I mostly quickly read the transcriptions now
