It comes with an adhesive sticky pad which I used to put it behind the mounted TV.

Should come with 3M sticky pads for when the sticky wears out on unit.

I simply plugged it into the port on my TV, and used the included sticky pads to mount it to the back of my TV (it's on a wall mount in a corner).
