I like the full brightness but there are times the medium setting is just fine and the low setting is great when the grandkids are over and need a night light.

To get to the brightest setting I just turn on the light, but when I turn it off and then back on, it's somewhat dimmer, and then again a 3rd time for the dimmest setting
