I bought excellent Anker products before so thought it was my phone...still have a charger from 5 or 6 years ago that works great

Typically great Anker product

Both cords are paired with Anker fast chargers - these are only a little over a month old and one of the cords has already stopped working

I cannot blame Anker for this since it was my own negligence that knocked the phone off of the dresser, but I can't help but wonder if the initial wiggle in the tip was a previous structural defect that caused it to break when my phone fell

After the original and 2 replacements failed, Anker graciously responded and is sending 2, more durable cords for me to evaluate

These Anker chargers work perfectly

Anker was very responsive and sent me 2 new cables (replacements weren't the same SKU as these Gold-Plated, but rather I think their Lightening version).One of these new replacements - even after securely connected to my phone (I can hear and feel the "click") - is near impossible to get it to actually charge the phone

After buying many reliable Anker products, I am disappointed that one of these cables has stopped charging after less than two months

Another great Anker cord, works on 3 different tablets 2 Samsung (Galaxy Tab 3, Galaxy tab A10), 1 Hp7 and my HTC Phones

This is the sort of item that you don't typically "appreciate" as they are more of a behind the scenes item

Performance is as good as or better than any OEM
