This screen protector does allow notes to flow smoother and I feel more comfortable writing on my screen, don’t have to worry about scratching and things like that

This claims to be a "paper" feel but it is more like a chalkboard IMHO with is still a great writing

I did like how much it reduced the glare, how easy it was to apply, and it definitely made writing on the iPad much easier, so maybe if you have a very light touch your stylus will be safe(r).
