My wife LOVES it - it's got great clarity, volume, and is easy-peesy to use!

Best of all, the unit clips to the car's visor and there is a large volume knob that can crank up the speaker sufficiently to hear calls regardless of the amount of road noise.

Used mostly in a Honda CR-V (lots of road noise) to speak to an elderly mother-in-law that uses hearing-aids (well, is *supposed to* use hearing-aids) and it works great.

The volume knob is great since I often adjust it between freeway and surface road noise levels.

The unit picked up background road noise as I was driving.

However, the car was stopped at a light so there wasn’t the road noise to content with.
