Initially I had a defective unit, but was sent a replacement unit which is functioning properly

After a few communications they determined that most likely it was a defective unit and they sent us a replacement

I just got the unit yesterday but it doesn’t work with my sony tv, I connected it through HDMI and nothing comes out to the tv

After receiving the unit the service department contact me to make sure the unit was working properly,quick easy set up,quick response from the remote love this little box specially after being streaming with a Roku

The new unit works fantastic, no more freeze, we can now enjoy the movies without interruptions

I have had a few of their products and this box is one of the better units out there
