I still give it 5 stars because it was me who just has to get used to use this product properly, and there is no such thing as a perfect battery.

I would really appreciate a replacement and will change my review as batteries are difficult.

This an awesome battery pack.

Previously, the largest battery I'd owned was 200000mAh and lacked Qualcomm's Quick Charge 2.0, so not only is the Charmast a great upgrade for me, but it uses the exact same form factor as my old battery, so it doesn't even use any additional space

Other than this, it’s a good battery.

I use it mostly with my MacBook Pro 15, which has very mediocre battery life

I like the option of having three different types of inputs, as this is the only battery back that I have seen that has this feature

Took it on a hike, partially charged the phone a second time and disconnected overnight, woke up in the morning and the battery was completely dead

Battery drains way too fast for 26k+mAH.

Now, just after an year of purchase, the battery stopped working and doesn't charge anymore

That unfortunate flaw means the power pack cannot be used for reliable overnight phone charging - as soon as the phone is fully charged the power pack shuts off, then of course the phone begins to use it's own battery and in the morning the phone's battery is drained by some percentage

I'm willing to have seller send me a replacement as I think the one I got was sitting in a warehouse somewhere too long and possibly the battery was not fresh.

This is a fantastic quick charge battery for everything from laptops, to phones, and the Nintendo Switch

Battery had failed internally for an unknown reason and I did not feel safe with it feeling warm to touch when not charging or being charged - and the fear of the lithium burning up when I was asleep was just too much
