This device has wasted too much of my time and i am now using it for target practice.

In terms of hardware this device has now fallen behind some advanced consumer grade (home) routers, which have faster processors and memory.

The device was just not working and there was no means we could leave it in place while Cisco "escalated" the ticket.

If you must table the MAC addresses of all devices for security reasons (to restrict access from unknown devices), you will be severely limited

Device is horrible and totally unreliable on older firmware.

One of the worst network devices i have had the displeasure of dealing with, and i am a networking professional.

Not a good device, avoid at all costs.

I uploaded firmware, the device hung for hours

The device failed to function

If you wall mound the device as proposed by the design the cables hang down, subject to falling out, etc.. and having to return to the customer site to correct the connector.

Should be a very good device for anyone buying it now and doing the most recent firmware update.

I could not get this device to work out of the box

Brand new device, broken out of the box, an hour on the phone with the ISP who gave me so much more support than CISCO who actually manufactured the device

After updating the firmware, that device made all my network slow, and even the factory reset option on the web console didn't solve it

This device is an outstanding entry level Cisco device with full functionality and also an easy to use web based interface for those not versed in IOS programming.

Warning this device loses connection constantly and requires power cycling to gain back a connection
