It IS a very nice phone holder, works VERY well in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limted, BUT ya gotta buy a separate 12V USB

My phone will "droop" on it a bit if not put in the right position.

The goose-neck is just a little to short, so I'm not able to position the phone so it doesn't interfere with my manual gear shift

I was hoping it would support a wireless charging phone

but it cannot support the phone and stay plugged in.

The weight of the phone and the placing of it (approx. 5 inches away from the outlet) cause the sleeve to rotate and thus the phone, along with the holder, to “fall” to the right.

The gooseneck holder is flexible yet really sturdy, and the phone holder itself has some foam to prevent scratching the phone

And since I do have two phones, one work phone and one personal phone, I can charge them both at the same time!

The phone is so loose it is unusable.

Not real happy as this holder is not strong enough to hold the phone in an upright position and constantly falls from side to side because it cannot accommodate the weight of any our phones due to it not having good fitment in the cigarette lighter

Holds phone just fine but the insert for the 12v socket has added rubber sleeves for tighter hold and It flexs the dash panel your 12v is in

Simple fix: put electrical tape over the contacts and charge your phone from another source, or just buy something else to hold your stupid phone.
