Nice size.
I move around in my desk alot, so this foot rest is a perfect size that it isn't in my way, and it is light enough that I can move it around under my desk whenever I feel like changing where I am sitting.

None of the cheap plastic foot rests would stay still on the floor.
It is bad for posture as well, the tilt is constantly loose not allowing your foot rest to support your body

This is a terrible product I am so glad I did not have to shell out money for this overpriced piece of garbage
I would recommend this product and would not bother with the units that are only plastic.
Go duct tape some phone books together for a cheaper and more well built product!
