My apartment complex requires only white surfaces on the windows...curtains, blinds, whatever, so when I needed to seal the windows due to extraordinary rains you may've heard about this summer in Colorado, I bought this stuff...and it worked very, very well.

I usually don't care much for red tape, but this is good stuff
