It felt more like a cheap kitchen sponge than a dry erase board eraser
-
It works better than Magic Eraser sponge on dry erase board
-
So it does feel like you're holding a squishy sponge, not like a firm object.

I think they are glorified eraser sponges.

I like to wet a new clean sponge and wipe my entire whiteboard, then dry with a paper towel to make my board look brand new
-
The problem with it though is that it isn't as tough as a sponge

I also like the fact that when the students want to help out and clean the board, it is a lot easier having them use this sponge (kinda like using the old school chalk board eraser) than having them get paper towels and spraying the board-which sometimes yields less than desired results (spraying things other than the board.

The other was used on glass and did a lot better as a good cleaning sponge
