I think it was poor contact

Had for a few months the contact for the battery snappd made a temporary solution then few weeks later the other one broke off while changing the batteries worked good till the batteries stopped connecting

I used an owl tool to pry the contacts and since then, there is no problem

Ear cups loose contact with my head when I turn my head (e.g. like when turning my tractor), which does let in a bit of noise, but they properly seal again when i face forward.

n’t had the best of luck with the using the phone quality.
