Now I don't need to spend another $400-$600 bucks for another decent acoustic electric guitar.

I have other guitars with preamps and the batter does not drain.

If I was installing in a more expensive guitar I would buy something better.

For $15 bucks it salvaged a decent acoustic-electric guitar that I could no longer use on stage
