Unfortunately, if you need a radio, it needs to work reliably, otherwise either don't bother counting on it or get a better unit.

Sound is clear and hold excellent charge but two units stopped working after 2 weeks and 4 of 5 ear pieces dont work as well after 2 weeks.

Reprogrammed the units for FRS frequencies and they worked perfectly

I am not ruling out BaoFeng yet, as their more expensive units seem to offer good value, if they work reliably.

Wish I could get different chargers because we love the multiple set units.

All the units seem to work pretty good, one of the Chargers good come dead on arrival
