80Watt 34Inch Sound bar, BYL 2.1 Channel Soundbar Subwoofer, Wireless Wired Home Theater Speakers Learning Function TV (Worry-Free 90-Day Trial, 2018 Upgraded)

    • They have a smoother sound, and the bass is better
    • Good bass and treble with ability to control
    • Nice bass for the size just not as open and airy sounding as i would like.
    • Theater sound and very nice bass response.
    • clear mid and low bass this not for you
    • I have ready other reviews that complain that they need a subwoofer because the low bass is somewhat weak
    • Love the bass..it was more than I expected for the price
    • The Q300 drivers are only a bit larger, at 6.5", but give richer, deeper bass.
    • As the bass port is in the back, 2-3 feet between the speakers and the wall behind them prevents boomy/unpredictable bass response
    • but definitely shows me how muddy bass can be
    • The soundstage is fantastic and the bass is completely adequate without a sub-woofer
    • I do have a hsu vtf3 mk5 coming in for the sub, but you really don't need a sub with these for enjoyment, as their bass is quite adequate for most listening and watching.
    • Great bass, and average mids/highs
    • having said that it sounds as good as many of the top name soundbars and has excellent bass
    • As others have noted, the bass is not outstanding.
    • The bass is very powerful
    • Of course, the inherent weaknesses (directionality, somewhat uncontrolled bass b/o the ported design, and a lack of polished, high treble) remained, but I still believe that the M12 is possibly the best choice for the price
    • great bass.
    • For music and movies I like a little more bass than these can put out alone but crossed over at 70 hz with a good
    • The highs are the best I have heard and they have quite good bass for a 6.5" speaker.
    • Good spatial qualities, deep bass
    • I would say if there is a weakness it would be the sub in that it doesn't have enough bass, but I haven't finished tweaking it yet
    • Classical orchestral music sounds neutral; the M 12 does not emphasize any notes, although the polished highs and controlled bass of speakers that cost at least twice its price are missing
    • For nearly three times the price I paid for the M 12, the CM5 offers a more polished sound (although the M12 mid-range can occasionally beat the 2-way CM5), more powerful and more controlled bass, but not the sound stage that you can get from well-designed three-way speakers
    • (I posted a detailed review on the M 10 on Amazon), the largest of which being the inclusion of two mid/bass drivers that restricts the Motion 10 to be a rear speaker even in a home theater setup
    • Sadly, once the bass drivers are cheap, the bass of the M12 is only as good as it gets
    • Great sounding; crisp trebles and enough bass to satisfy your run-of-the-mill audiophile
    • My conclusion was that to triple the cost of main speakers by getting the Q500 over the Q300 would still necessitate getting a subwoofer for adequate bass extension, and the sound of the total system would be scarcely different than by just getting the Q300 set.
    • The sound was as good as it gets from the technology employed in the speakers, but the bass actually deepened after burn-in, which upset the sound balance by my standards
    • They have a generally excellent midrange and a powerful upper bass and lower midrange response.
    • This can be important if one is using an amplifier that isn’t rated for high wattage, or for those looking for really loud levels for movies or music, as well as those sitting farther away from their speakers.
    • Customer support from Logan was good, but I have not yet had time to correct as it is a serious DIY job, i.e. requires more than just an allen key!Otherwise pleased
    • As you can see above, the tall R55Ti’s hardly overwhelmed the small R5Bi’s.
    • Not that I don’t think the R55Ti’s are good for music.
    • The R55Ti’s are more sensitive than their R5Bi little brothers, which one would expect with more drivers and larger drivers.
