As others have mentioned, this device is a great idea and largely implemented very well, except for a truly miserable D-Pad

But the D-pad seriously needs work if they want me to hang up my actual SNES controllers

The D-pad is useless if you like to keep your thumb planted in the center and rock in the direction you want.

I was all set to do the same with this one as well but the SF30 pad I purchased in july of 2018 is perfect!

But the D-pad if I haven't made myself clear enough is...awful

The SNES control pad is probably the greatest 2d control pad ever (yes Saturn is close), and this is hands down not only the best 3rd party console controller I've ever used, but it might be as good as the original - for me, I think it is

D-pad then the controller is honestly pretty good

The build quality is great, but it has one serious flaw that needs to be corrected: the D-pad is waayyy too sensitive with diagonal inputs

The buttons feel nice but the D-pad is just to sensitive

I'm not sure whether or not the D-pad is more sensitive than the original controllers yet; so far I've only played Super Mario 2 on the Super Mario All-Stars cart with the new controller.
