For my purposes I wanted to create a Media Server like Plex Server, as well as have a configurable SmartTV for my TV’s that do not currently have such features like Netflix etc

For less than $100, you can easily create your own Media Server / Smart TV Media Device running a fully licensed copy of Windows 10 Home, with all the power of some of the more expensive units without any of the restrictions

This sucks as it should be plug n play for usb devices ?
