Acer support refused to honor the warranty on the replacement received less than 90 days ago from amazon (amazon replaced the first one no questions asked even though it was slightly outside the 30 day window).

I contacted Acer support via the "Predator customer service" and spent over approximately 30 minutes trying to communicate "the screws are too short" -- even after having to send them two pictures to show the problem I was having

Acer support is very poor, Amazon support is NOT

A few days later, all the other issues surfaced, and I called Acer Support once again.

When I had the first issue with ghosting and blurring in games I contacted Acer Support.

First, I would like to thank Amazon Primes support for helping me, when Acer Support did not.

Originally I thought it was just a fluke as the speakers went dead after 2 days of owning the product and Amazon handled this by sending me a new one, but this seems to be a very common problem after speaking with Acer support

I actually opted to call Acer support to see if there was a firmware update or some type of OSD tweak they knew to be effective in fixing this issue

, I O/C it too 165hz with the built in O/C (no issues at all), the quality feels better (harder sturdier feeling plastic), they have a dedicated customer service line for owners of Predator products (That's bawler AF), the menu navigation is GENIUS (Intuitive not clunky like the Alienware), and the RGB lighting is nice touch, and to top it all off the 32" is hands down now my favorite monitor size in 2560 x 1440
