The product broke after not too many uses.

When I initially placed my order, a part of the stapler was broken, and the day after delivery, their customer service representative personally reached out to me and asked how I liked the product

All in all it's a good product, a little better than others I tried with a similar price

Great product but arrived with a huge crack down the side.

However, once I cleared out the staple that was stuck, it worked fine

One trick is to use only the best staples - not the generic

doesn't match up to the basic stapler you'd get from your office for sturdiness and holding as many staples but works if you're looking for cute over function.

but I use the high quality standard staples like OfficeGoods recommends
