Unless your setup is an HDTV and it works for you without any firmware updates, then stay away

I am typing from about 25 feet away, and the Mini2 is hooked up behind the TV where the HDMI ports are, and it is receiving just fine, so such a setup produces no unreasonable delays.

Unless your problem is a simple setup or user problem, they won't be able to help you actually work on a fix
