Nice audio but anc not very well, main reason I returned it

I use them in my Sewing Studio and i can hear music & audio books great

On my LG android cell phone the audio volume is controlled on the phone as well as on the headphones.... so i try to remember to keep the cell phone volume all the way up; and then adjust the volume on the headset according to my needs
